Kết quả thống kê kiểm tra sản phẩm/vật tư chuyển kho.
Mục đích: nhằm kiểm soát chặt chẽ quá trình xuất nhập sản phẩm, vật tư giữa các kho đảm bảo chất lượng.
Báo cáo bao gồm:
- Kết quả kiểm tra trước khi chuyển kho: về thời gian chuyển kho, phương tiện vận chuyển, kiểm tra về số lượng, chất lượng, quy cách, mục đích việc chuyển kho, người phụ trách,...
- Kết quả kiểm tra trước khi nhận sản phẩm, vật tư chuyển kho: về thời gian nhận, phương tiện vận chuyển, kiểm tra về số lượng, chất lượng, quy cách, người phụ trách,..."
