Người thụ hưởng L/C (Beneficiary): là người được hưởng tiền thanh toán hay sở hữu hối phiếu chấp nhận thanh toán. Người thụ hưởng L/C có thể có những tên gọi khác nhau như: người bán (seller), nhà XK (exporter), người ký phát hối phiếu (drawer).
