Khi tiểu dự án hoàn thành, nhóm Nòng cốt sẽ tổ chức cuộc họp đánh giá việc thực hiện tiểu dự án với sự tham gia của tất cả bên liên quan, đặc biệt phải có các đại diện của người hưởng lợi. Đây là cơ hội tốt để từng nhóm Cộng đồng nhìn nhận lại các khó khăn thuận lợi và các bài học kinh nghiệm rút ra trong quá trình họ tự thực hiện tiểu dự án. Việc đánh giá tiểu dự án sẽ giúp cả người dân và lãnh đạo địa phương nâng cao năng lực đồng thời hiểu sâu sắc hơn bản chất và lợi ích của QLCĐ
