Nếu sau 30 ngày kể từ ngày bắt đầu

Nếu sau 30 ngày kể từ ngày bắt đầu các cuộc đàm phán mà Bên mua và Bên bán không thể giải quyết tranh chấp trong hợp đồng, thì một trong hai bên có thể yêu cầu cơ quan trọng tài giải quyết việc tranh chấp trên theo luật của nước Cộng hoà XHCN Việt Nam. Toàn bộ chi phí tranh chấp do bên thua chịu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If after 30 days from the start of the talks that the buyer and the seller are unable to resolve the dispute in the agreement, either party may request the arbitrators to resolve disputes over the laws of the SOCIALIST Republic of Vietnam. The entire cost of the dispute by the loser.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If after 30 days of starting the negotiations which the buyer and seller can not resolve the dispute in a contract, then either party may request an arbitration body to resolve disputes under the law Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The entire cost of the dispute by the losing party.
