Cồn trên sông Hàm Luông, thuộc xã T

Cồn trên sông Hàm Luông, thuộc xã Thạnh Phong, huyện Thạnh Phú, tỉnh Bến Tre, nằm ở phía Nam cửa Hàm Luông. Trước đây, cồn nằm cách bờ khoảng 3km, nay đã được nối dính với đất liền. Đây là nơi xuất phát và là nơi tiếp nhận của tuyến Đường Hồ Chí Minh trên biển. Hiện trên cồn có bia lưu niệm ghi lại sự kiện này.
