Các hoạt động môi giới chiếm tỷ trọng khá cao trong nguồn thu năm nay và tỷ trọng lợi nhuận từ mảng này dĩ nhiên cũng cao hơn so với hoạt động xây dựng. Có thể thấy do mảng môi giới mang lại hiệu suất cao nên công ty đã tăng cường đẩy mạnh hoạt động này với tỷ suất tăng trưởng tăng hơn 100% qua từng năm và năm nay doanh thu từ khoản này tăng đến 167%. Tỷ suất lợi nhuận gộp từ mảnh môi giới cũng chiếm trên 70% trong tổng cơ cấu lợi nhuận gộp.
