- Bên A cam kết rằng:Người dẫn chương trình (MC)sẽ không được làm người mẫu và tham gia tất cả công việc liên quan đến quảng cáo dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào hay các chương trình truyền hình tương tự cho các khách hàng khác cùng ngành ô tô, xe máy trong thời gian phát sóng 52 tập phim tính từ thời điểm tham gia tuyển chọn diễn viên. Trong trường hợp Bên B phát hiện người dẫn chương trình (MC) làm người mẫu hay tham gia tất cả công việc liên quan đến quảng cáo hay các chương trình truyền hình tương tự cho khách hàng khác cùng ngành ô tô, xe máy trong thời gian trên thì Bên A sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm tìm diễn viên thay thế được Bên B phê duyệt và quay lại những tập phim chưa phát sóng có hình ảnh diễn viên đóng quảng cáo cho các hãng ô tô xe máy khác với sự tham gia của diễn viên mới mà Bên B không phải trả thêm bất kỳ khoản chi phí nào, đồng thời Bên A phải bồi thường mọi thiệt hại phát sinh và chi trả các chi phí khác có liên quan cho Bên B. Trừ trường hợp ngoại lệ được sự đồng ý của cả 2 bên như sau:
