sớm lựa chọn, phê duyệt đơn vị tư vấn lập và thẩm định báo cáo FS là một cơ quan tư vấn độc lập quốc tế để thẩm định báo cáo FS của EC. BIDV/AVIl sẽ thiết lập một danh sách ngắn các nhà tư vấn quốc tế có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực này tại VN cũng như quốc tế để chính phủ Lào lựa chọn.

Có công hàm đề nghị chính phủ SK khẳng định cam kết thu xếp tài chính cho dự án theo các nội dung và điều kiện của khoản tín dụng nêu trên.
