Hệ thống Tường, Trần, Nền và cửa Tự động

YÊU CẦU VỀ CUNG CẤP THIẾT BỊ, VẬT TƯ
A. CÁC YÊU CẦU CHUNG:
- Vật liệu, vật tư sản xuất lắp đặt sử dụng trong việc thực hiện hợp đồng phải
mới 100%, có nguồn gốc hợp lệ. Khi bàn giao cho chủ đầu tư nhà thầu phải
xuất trình bản gốc CO, CQ của thiết bị nhập khẩu.
- Thiết bị được sản xuất tại các nước Châu Mỹ, Châu Âu, Châu Á.
1. Các yếu tố bắt buộc để các Nhà thầu xem xét khi lựa chọn thiết bị chào thầu.
- Nhiệt độ khu vực công trình:
 Nhiệt độ trung bình hàng năm là 230C.
 Nhiệt độ cao nhất về mùa hè là 380C.
 Nhiệt độ thấp nhất về mùa đông 100C.
- Độ ẩm khu vực công trình:
 Độ ẩm trung bình hàng năm 85%
 Độ ẩm thấp nhất 70%
 Độ ẩm cao nhất 95%
 Do vậy chỉ chấp nhận các thiết bị đáp ứng về độ ẩm tối thiểu là 93% đến
95%
 Tiêu chuẩn: Các thiết bị đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn hiện hành của Việt Nam và
các tiêu chuẩn nước ngoài đã được Bộ xây dựng cho phép áp dụng ở Việt
Nam và các tiêu chuẩn của Nhà sản xuất, phù hợp với thiết kế, nguyên lý
làm việc của hệ thống không làm thay đổi thiết kế.
2. Yêu cầu về xuất xứ Thiết bị:
- Thiết bị và dịch vụ được sản xuất phải có xuất xứ rõ ràng bao gồm: Tên
hàng hóa, xuất xứ, năm sản xuất, nước chế tạo, các thông số kỹ thuật,
catalogue đi kèm.
- Thiết bị được sản xuất mới 100%, có năm sản xuất từ năm 2014 trở về sau.
- Nhà thầu tham gia cung cấp thiết bị phải có giấy ủy quyền bán hàng.
- Thiết bị cung cấp phải đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam hoặc các tiêu chuẩn
quốc tế đã được công nhận tại Việt Nam.
- Nhà sản xuất thiết bị phải có chứng chỉ quản lý chất lượng ISO 171
- Thương hiệu: Thiết bị phải có thương hiệu của các nước G7, EU hoặc
thương hiệu của các hãng nổi tiếng tương đương;
