ĐIỀU 2: PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN.
2.1 Phương thức thanh toán: chia làm các đợt sau:
• Đợt 1: Bên A thanh toán 30% giá trị hợp đồng đã có VAT trong vòng 03 ngày kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng, số tiền tương đương là: 37,918,023vnđ ( Ba mươi bảy triệu chín trăm mười tám ngàn không trăm hai mươi ba đồng.)
 Hồ sơ thanh toán:
 Công văn đề nghị thanh toán của Bên B.
 Hóa đơn tài chính tương ứng với số tiền tạm ứng.
• Đợt 2: Bên A sẽ thanh toán 70% giá trị hợp đồng còn lại cho bên B sau khi nghiệm thu bàn giao hạng mục công trình để đưa vào sử dụng. Số tiền tương ứng: 88,475,387vnđ ( bằng chữ: tám mươi tám triệu bốn trăm bảy mươi lăm ngàn ba trăm tám bảy đồng.).
 Hồ sơ thanh toán:
 Công văn đề nghị thanh toán của Bên B.
 Hóa đơn tài chính hợp lệ.
 Biên bản nghiệm thu hoàn thành hạng mục công trình để đưa vào sử dụng.
2.2 Hình thức thanh toán: Thanh toán bằng tiền Việt Nam Đồng và theo hình thức chuyển khoản.

 The written request for payment of Party B.
 Invoice financing valid key.
 acceptance record completed work items to put into use.
2.2 forms of payment: payment in Vietnam Dong and in the form of transfer.
