Như email đã gửi ngày 17/10/2016, nhà thầu vui lòng xem kỹ file đính kèm hồ sơ mời thầu gồm: bản vẽ pdf, các thông số kỹ thuật đã thể hiện rõ. Nhà thầu không được thay đổi bất kỳ điều gì trong hồ sơ mời thầu.
Phạm vi công việc: bao gồm tất cả các hạng mục như hồ sơ mời thầu đã gửi ( ngoại trừ : trạm biến áp, tủ tụ bù, máy phát dự phòng, chiếu sáng trong nhà. Bao gồm cả phần cáp nguồn từ trạm biến áp đến tủ ATS, từ máy phát đến tủ ATS và từ tủ ATS về tủ MCC và cấp nguồn cho các tủ nhỏ trong hệ (nguồn từ tủ MCC) Những công việc này đã có nhà thầu khác thực hiện.
