I. Thông tin chung:
1. Lý do ra đời:
Trong những năm gần đây, tình trạng ngộ độc thực phẩm ngày càng gia tăng
và đang được đề cập đến như một mối nguy hiểm đe dọa trực tiếp đến sức khỏe
cộng đồng. Nhiều cảnh báo về tình trạng không đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực
phẩm của các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng đã cho thấy, chúng ta đang sống
trong một môi trường đầy rẫy những mối nguy: ăn bún, phở thì sợ Formol; ăn
miến, chả lụa, bánh giò thì sợ Borax; ăn cá thì sợ ướp Uree; ăn thịt thì sợ ướp
Nitrat/Nitrit; ăn nghêu sò thì sợ độc tố liệt thần kinh, giảm trí nhớ; ăn chè và nước
giải khát thì sợ đường hóa học; ăn thịt gia cầm thì sợ bệnh cúm H5N1….và đặc
biệt là rau quả lại sợ ngộ độc bởi kim loại nặng, Nitrat, vi sinh và thuốc trừ sâu. Sử
dụng thuốc trừ sâu và thuốc bảo vệ thực vật hàng ngày đang hủy hoại môi trường
đất của chúng ta. Sở dĩ ngộ độc thực phẩm trên rau được xếp vào hàng đặc biệt bởi
vì rau là loại thực phẩm thiết yếu trong bữa ăn hàng ngày nhưng cũng chính rau là
loại nông sản dễ bị ô nhiễm nhất. Nếu người tiêu dùng ăn phải rau không an toàn
thì có thể dẫn tới ngộ độc cấp tính hoặc mãn tính, gây tác động xấu đến sự phát
triển của hệ thần kinh, tế bào máu, gây vô sinh, quái tay, ung thư, làm yếu đi chức
năng gan thân….
Bắt nguồn từ tiềm năng phát triển của nông nghiệp Việt Nam và khát khao tạo
ra nhưng sản phẩm nông nghiệp chất lượng, có giá trị cao tới người tiêu dùng,
Công ty cổ phần TVN ra đời với ý tưởng sản xuất các loại rau củ an toàn, bằng mô
hình trồng trong nhà. Chúng tôi phát triển mô hình này mà không cần sử dụng mặt
trời và đất. Chúng tôi tối ưu hóa và phát triển hệ thống “khí canh” trong nông
nghiệp, cho chu kỳ thu hoạch nhanh hơn, sản phẩm an toàn hơn, không có sâu
bệnh, và có ít tác động đến môi trường.

Sáng tạo và sản xuất ra những sản phẩm rau củ an toàn nhất, đem lại lợi ích
sức khỏe cao cho người sử dụng.

4: Mục tiêu của chúng tôi:
 Trở thành doanh nghiệp số 1 sản suất thực phẩm sạch, an toàn
 Xây dựng thương hiệu quốc gia của Việt Nam, xây dựng thị phần lớn
mạnh trong ngành nông nghiệp và bán lẻ, ngăn chặn sự ảnh hưởng và
thâu tóm của các doanh nghiệp nước ngoài.
 Xóa bỏ hình ảnh thực phẩm Việt Nam xuất thô và ít giá trị. Củng cố
hình ảnh sản phẩm thực phẩm Việt Nam chất lượng hàng đầu thế giới.
II. Ý tưởng và giải pháp.
1. Ý tưởng.
Chúng tôi sử dụng nhà kính để trồng cây nông nghiệp khoảng 1 ha.
a: Hệ thống khí canh.
Chúng tôi sử dụng phương pháp khí canh để canh tác, trồng rau sạch.
Sử dụng hệ thống phụ sương vào các gốc rễ của cây với các chất dinh dưỡng,
nước, oxy. Hệ thống khí canh của chúng tôi là một hệ thống vòng khép kin, sử
dụng ít hơn đến 90% nước so với phương pháp canh tác truyền thống và ít hơn
40% nước so với phương pháp thủy canh. Chúng tôi không sử dụng tài đất cho
việc trồng cây và không sử dụng thuốc trừ sâu.
b: Hệ thống anh sáng:
Chúng tôi sử dụng đèn LED nông nghiệp để tạo ra công thức ánh sáng
cho mỗi loại cây trồng, cho màu xanh chính xác phổ, cường độ, và tần số mỗi
loại cây cần cho quá trình quang hợp hiệu quả nhất có thể. Thiết kế hệ thống
chiếu sáng cho phép chúng tôi kiểu soát được sinh trưởng và phát triển của cây
trồng để đảm bảo năng suất của cây.
c: Bề mặt:
Chúng tôi sử dụng vải để gieo hạt, ươm, trồng và thu hoach. Thay thế
hoàn toàn cho đất. Vải có thể tái sử dụng bằng cách làm sạch vệ sinh sau khi
thu hoạch và không có nguy cơ ô nhiễm. Vải hoạt động như một rào chắn giữa
cây trồng và lớp sương được chúng tôi phun lên rễ cây.
2. Giải pháp.
Nông nghiệp truyền thống đang sử dụng một lượng lớn tài nguyên thiên
nhiên của hành tinh. Ý tưởng của chúng tôi là chuyển đổi nền nông nghiệp, để
sử dụng ít tài nguyên thiên nhiên hơn. Mỗi người chúng ta đều có trách nhiệm
bảo vệ tài nguyên thiên nhiên, bảo vệ môi trường. Chúng tôi coi trọng trách
nhiệm đó.
a: Tài nguyên Nước
Nước đóng vai trò quan trọng đối với sự sống của chúng ta. Nhưng
hiện nay, tình trạng ô nhiễm nguồn nước là vấn đề rất đáng lo ngại. Tốc độ
công nghiệp hóa và đô thị hóa khá nhanh và sự gia tăng dân số gây áp lực nặng
nề đối với tài nguyên nước. Chúng tôi sử dụng ít hơn đến 90% nước so với
nông nghiệp truyền thống. Chúng tôi phát triển hệ thống lưu thông nước theo
vòng lặp.
