Người được bảo hiểm sẽ thanh toán đầy đủ phí bảo hiểm bằng chuyển khoản vào tài khoản của Bảo Long chậm nhất 30 ngày kể từ ngày giao kết hợp đồng.
Trường hợp Người được bảo hiểm không đóng đủ phí bảo hiểm theo thời hạn thanh toán phí nêu trên, Hợp đồng bảo hiểm này sẽ tự chấm dứt hiệu lực khi hết thời hạn thanh toán phí bảo hiểm. Theo đó:
- Người được bảo hiểm vẫn phải có trách nhiệm thanh toán khoản phí bảo hiểm tương ứng với thời hạn thanh toán phí bảo hiểm nêu trên cho Bảo Long.
- Mọi hình thức thanh toán sau hạn thanh toán cuối cùng nêu trên đều không có giá trị ràng buộc trách nhiệm bảo hiểm với Bảo Long (trừ khi có thoả thuận khác được Bảo Long chấp nhận bằng văn bản).
Theo Quy tắc bảo hiểm Mọi rủi ro tài sản (Tổn thất vật chất) ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 1161/2012/BHBL-QĐ-TGĐ-TSKT ngày 13/07/2012 của Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Bảo Long và một số điều khoản bổ sung sau.
