Tháp Poklong Garai nằm trên đường Bác Ái, thành phố Phan Rang là một quần thể bao gồm tháp chính, tháp cổng, tháp phụ và tường gạch. Tháp được xây dựng vào khoảng cuối thế kỷ XIII trong vương triều vua Simhavarman III (Chế Mân) thờ vua Po Klaong Garai (1151 – 1205).

Nét đặc trưng của Po Klong Garai là tháp còn nguyên vẹn và là cụm tháp đẹp nhất trong những tháp Chăm còn tồn tại đến nay. Đây là nơi hành hương của đồng bào Chăm vào dịp lễ hội Katê tháng 10 hàng năm.

Cách quốc lộ 27 khoảng 300 m, tháp Po Klong Garai nằm ở vị trí rất thuận tiện cho khách du lịch đến tham quan và trở thành địa điểm tham quan được biết đến nhiều nhất hiện nay ở Ninh Thuận.
