Tranh chấp giữa các Bên có liên qua

Tranh chấp giữa các Bên có liên quan, hoặc phát sinh từ Hợp đồng trước hết phải được giải quyết thông qua thương lượng và hoà giải. Trong trường hợp các Bên tranh chấp vẫn không thoả thuận được với nhau thì vụ tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra tòa án kinh tế Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh .

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
