5.2.3.Thanh toán lắp đặt:
Bên A sẽ thanh toán cho Bên B làm 5 đợt (gồm cả quyết toán hợp đồng) khi bên B giá trị khối lượng công việc hoàn thành mỗi kỳ thanh toán đạt tối thiểu 20% giá trị hợp đồng.
Trong vòng (07) ngày làm việc (trừ thứ bảy, chủ nhật, ngày lễ tết theo quy định) kể từ khi nhận được hồ sơ thanh toán hợp lệ của Bên B, Bên A sẽ thanh toán cho Bên B 85% giá trị hoàn thành và có giảm trừ các khoản tiền khác theo quy định của hợp đồng.
Giá trị thanh toán theo giai đoạn được xác định trên cơ sở khối lượng công việc hoàn thành thực tế được xác nhận bởi TVGS và Bên A nhân với đơn giá cố định trong hợp đồng.
