Mục tiêu:
- Đánh giá mức độ đau của bệnh nhân sau cắt amidan - nạo va bằng dao plasma tại khoa Tai Mũi họng Trẻ Em – bệnh viện Tai Mũi Họng TW.
- Sử dụng thuốc giảm đau qua chỉ định.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu:
- Chọn nghiên cứu 30 bệnh nhân đang điều trị tại khoa Tai Mũi Họng Trẻ em- Bệnh viện Tai Mũi Họng Trung Ương từ ngày 1/8/2015 đến 1/9/2015
- Tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn: trẻ từ 5 đến 18 tuổi
- Tiêu chuẩn loại trừ:
+ trẻ dị tật bẩm sinh
+ Bệnh lý thần kinh
+ Bệnh nhân đang dùng an thần , giảm đau
Kết quả nghiên cứu:
Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hầu hết các bệnh nhân phẫu thuật cắt A nạo Va bằng dao Plasma đều có mức độ đau vừa phải.
Kết luận:
Cần được đánh giá đau một cách thường quy và có biện pháp can thiệp để giảm đau.
