Trong trường hợp giá trị các công việc đã hoàn thành chưa bằng khoản phí mà khách hàng đã thanh toán thì tư vấn có trách nhiệm hoàn trả số tiền chênh lệch. Khi đó hai bên sẽ thống nhất khối lượng công việc đã hoàn thành.
