1. Về hồ sơ TK BVTC khu II: Theo Tư vấn Lập Việt, hồ sơ TK BVTC đã được TV phát hành để phục vụ thi công.

Do vậy, Phòng GT-HTKT tiếp nhận nhiệm vụ quản lý hồ sơ từ cuối tháng 7/2016 và đã 2 lần yêu cầu Ban GT-HTKT bàn giao hồ sơ (đính kèm) để QL và thực hiện công tác theo dõi, phát hành hồ sơ nhưng đến nay vẫn chưa nhận được hồ sơ bàn giao.
