Các tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài, tổ chức quốc tế quan tâm hỗ trợ thực hiện Đề án gửi kế hoạch các hoạt động của dự án và báo cáo kết quả cho Bộ Nông nghiệp và PTNT thông qua TCTL/Trung tâm Phòng tránh và GNTT. Đồng thời, báo cáo UBND cấp tỉnh quản lý địa bàn thực hiện dự án.
