Công việc của tôi là tổ chức sự kiện. Như các bạn thấy làm tổ chức sự kiện là áp dụng việc quản lý dự án để tạo ra và phát triển các lễ hội, các sự kiện hay hội thảo... Để làm tốt công việc của tổ chức sự kiện, tôi phải tự trang bị cho bản thân những tố chất như nhanh nhạy, năng động, sáng tạo, có đầu óc tổ chức, biết cách xoay xở tình thế, ứng phó trong mọi tình huống… Và trên hết phải có sức khỏe và niềm đam mê. Bên cạnh đó để có được một chương trình event "độc nhất vô nhị" phải qua nhiều giai đoạn khá công phu chứ không đơn giản như người ta nhìn thấy bề ngoài. Yêu cầu lớn nhất đối với người làm tổ chức sự kiện là phải nắm rõ ý tưởng xuyên suốt chương trình là gì? Đối tượng là ai? Địa điểm tổ chức? Người tổ chức event không chỉ liệt kê chi tiết chương trình, liên hệ với các công ty cần thiết: ánh sáng, xe cộ, đặt món ăn, đón khách... mà còn liên hệ với các khách mời để biết thông tin chính xác. Vất vả hơn là phải bám sát chương trình từ đầu đến cuối :( . Là một Event organizers tôi luôn phải sáng tạo hết khả năng của mình nghĩ ra các chương trình thích hợp nhất phù hợp nhất đối với các yêu cầu của khách hàng. Cho dù công việc có áp lực và khó khăn thế nào đi chăng nữa nhưng tôi không bao giờ cảm thấy hối hận khi lựa chọn công việc này bởi nghề event có nhiều niềm vui mà không phải ai cũng có được, nhất là khi chương trình mình thiết kế nhận được sự hưởng ứng của nhiều người, được gặp gỡ nhiều người nổi tiếng... hơn nữa số tiền kiếm được mỗi giờ cũng vào khoảng 20 - 40 USD :D. tương tự như bất kì các công việc nào khác, tổ chức sự kiện không chỉ đòi hỏi tính tỉ mỉ, sáng tạo... mà công việc này còn phải có niềm đam mê một cách nghiêm túc cho công việc này. Tôi vừa kể với bạn về công việc của tôi. Nếu bất cứ ai trong lớp học của chúng tôi quan tâm đến công việc tổ chức sự kiện như tôi, tôi sẽ cho bạn thấy tất cả những điều bạn cần phải học để trở thành một người làm tổ chức sự kiện tài giỏi (như tôi :)) ) ~ KEEP MOVING ON ~ cảm ơn các bạn đã lắng nghe
