- Về điều kiện và thủ tục để được công nhận là đại lý làm thủ tục hải quan, đề nghị Công ty căn cứ quy định tại Điều 20 Luật Hải quan và Thông tư số 12/2015/TT-BTC ngày 30/1/2015 của Bộ Tài chính quy định chi tiết thủ tục cấp Chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ khai hải quan; cấp và thu hồi mã số nhân viên đại lý làm thủ tục hải quan; trình tự, thủ tục công nhận và hoạt động của đại lý làm thủ tục hải quan để thực hiện.
