Phát triển nhóm sản phẩm đồ nhựa, đồ gỗ, đặc biệt đẩy mạnh việc tham mưu xây dựng phòng học bộ môn ở các cấp nhà trường. Mở rộng tham gia đấu thầu cung cấp sách và thiết bị ở các nơi, tiến tới việc “phá mùa” và sản xuất đều trong năm.
- Bên cạnh thiết bị phục vụ thay sách lớp 11, nghiên cứu chuẩn bị các bộ thiết bị lớp 12 sắp tới.
- Sản xuất và kinh doanh thiết bị, đồ chơi mẫu giáo, nhà trẻ,… Nghiên cứu, sản xuất thiết bị văn phòng, đồ dùng học tập tại nhà,…
- Xây dựng dần thị trường đối với các sản phẩm phục vụ cho nhu cầu tự nghiên cứu, tự học, giải trí… của học sinh, tìm cơ hội liên kết với các đơn vị mạnh trong lĩnh vực này, kể cả với các đối tác nước ngoài. Phấn đấu có sản phẩm xuất khẩu.
- Củng cố và duy trì các giải pháp kinh doanh mang tính chiến lược. Luôn cải tiến sản phẩm, xây dựng chế độ hậu mãi tốt, luôn là chỗ dựa cho nhà trường, học sinh và phụ huynh học sinh trong lĩnh vực thiết bị giáo dục.
