Những kinh nghiệm mà tôi có được khi tham gia nhóm HK-A là rất nhiều, đầu tiên là dẹp bỏ cái tôi. Sự thật thì ở Viet Nam không phát triển bằng Mỹ, không phải vì con người Viet Nam ko giỏi, mà tại vì cái tôi của mỗi người VN là quá lớn, không ai biết nghe ai và chấp nhận ý kiến của người khác hay hơn mình, ở Mỹ người ta hay hơn mình ở chỗ, luôn biết dẹp bỏ cái tôi, bỏ sự ích kỉ cá nhân để hướng tới 1 mục đích chung. Bởi khi dẹp bỏ cái tôi, bạn mới thật sự có 1 cái nhìn khách quan cũng như phát triển hết năng lực mà không có một sự đè nén nào trong não. Qua đó góp phần làm chất lượng hoàn thành một nhiệm vụ luôn luôn đạt kết quả tốt hơn.
