Ban quản lý tòa nhà Green Country đã nhận được thư kiến nghị của Quý khách hàng về sự

cố điện chợp chờn ngày 08/09/2015.

Trước hết, Ban quản lý tòa nhà Green Country rất xin lỗi Quý khách hàng vì sự cố ngoài ý

muốn này. Qua đây, chúng tôi xin được giải thích cho sự cố trên như sau:

Tòa nhà sử dụng hệ thống điện 3 pha để vận hành thang máy và các loại máy lạnh công

nghiệp công suất lớn. Nguồn cấp điện cho máy tính và các thiết bị văn phòng được lấy từ 1 trong 3

lực của mình, phối hợp với bên điện lực dà soát lại đường dây từ ngoài cột điện vào phía tòa nhà,

chúng tôi đã tìm ra nguyên nhân và khắc phục dứt điểm sự cố vào đầu giờ làm việc chiều cùng ngày.

Theo đề nghị của Quý công ty, chúng tôi cũng sẵn sàng nhận trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt

hại về việc hư hỏng các thiết bị điện văn phòng của Quý công ty nếu nguyên nhân hư hỏng được xác

định là do nguổn cung cấp điện không ổn định.

Về việc lắp đặt máy phát điện như Quý khách đã biết, hiện nay điện lưới quốc gia cung cấp
