Bên B nhận làm đại lý bao tiêu cho bên A các sản phẩm ( tên sản phẩm) ,mang nhãn hiệu :( tên nhãn hiệu )
và theo đăng kí chất lượng số:(số đăng ký chất lượng ) do bên A sản xuất và kinh doanh.
