Ngày nay, du lịch đã trở thành một nhu cầu thiết yếu của con người. Du lịch
giúp con người đặt chân đến những vùng đất mới để khám phá, nghỉ dưỡng và tìm
được niềm vui sau những bộn bề lo toan của cuộc sống thường nhật.
Với niềm yêu thích được đi du lịch cũng như mong muốn đem lại niềm vui
cho người khác, em đã đặc biệt yêu thích ngành du lịch và môi trường năng động
cởi mở của ngành này. Và sau khi được tiếp xúc với đội ngũ điều hành chuyến thực
tế chuyên môn vào tháng 3/2014 do Khoa Ngoại ngữ Trường Đại học Sài Gòn liên
kết với Công ty TNHH DV &HDDL Trời Việt (Vietsky Tour & Guide), em rất ấn
tượng với phong cách làm việc chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình cũng như rất sáng tạo của
công ty. Nên trong đợt thực tập này, em đã nộp đơn thực tập vào công ty Vietsky
Tour & Guide với mong muốn được tham gia học hỏi cũng như trau dồi thêm kinh
nghiệm từ thực tế.
Trong thời gian thực tập tại Vietsky Tour & Guide, em đã được phân bổ vào
bộ phận điều hành. Theo em, đây là một bộ phận rất quan trọng trong công ty. Vì
đây là bộ phận trực tiếp thiết kế chương trình, điều hành tour, tiếp xúc với khách
hàng để tạo ra lợi nhuận, xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng cũng như mang lại
uy tín cho công ty. Và một trong những yếu tố tạo nên sự thành công của bộ phận
điều hành đó chính là cơ cấu tổ chức hoạt động hợp lý, linh hoạt và hiệu quả.

And after being exposed to the operating team real tripsprofessional international in March 2014 due to the Faculty of foreign languages University of Saigon Unitedwith DV & HDDL Solar Co., Ltd. (Vietsky & Tour Guide), I'm very impressedthe professional working style, enthusiasm as well as the creation ofthe company. In this practice, I practice filing on the company VietskyTour & Guide with the desire to be involved in learning as well as to cultivate more businessexperience from practice.In real time at Vietsky & Tour Guide, I have allotted onoperating parts. According to me, this is a very important Department within the company. BecauseThis is the direct Division program design, tour operators, contact soloin order to make a profit, build relationships with customers as well as bringthe prestige to the company. And one of the factors that make up the Department's successthat's the operating structure of reasonable activity, flexibility and efficiency.

the joy after the chaos and worries of everyday life.
With their love of traveling and desire to bring joy fun
for other people, I especially loved the tourism industry and the dynamic environment
of the sector open. And after being in contact with the executive team trips
skilled in May 3/2014 by the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​University of Saigon associated
with DV & Co. HDDL Heaven Vietnam (Vietsky Tour & Guide), they are pressed
subjects with a professional working style, enthusiastic and very creative
company. So during this internship, I had applied to practice in companies Vietsky
Tour & Guide wishing to participate to learn and cultivate more business
from practical experience.
During practice at Vietsky Tour & Guide, Kids have been allocated to
the operating parts. In my opinion, this is a very important part in the company. Since
this is a direct part of designing the program, tour operators, contact with customers
in order to make a profit, build relationships with customers and bring
credibility to the company. And one of the factors that make the success of the department
that's operating structure logical operation, flexibility and efficiency.
