Việc kỷ luật và thực hiện nghĩa vụ

Việc kỷ luật và thực hiện nghĩa vụ bồi thường được thực hiện kể cả khi người sử dụng lao động và người lao động đang làm các thủ tục chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động. Trong mọi trường hợp phải xử lý kỷ luật trước khi hoàn thành thủ tục chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động.
