- Thông tư số 16/2010TT-BXD ngày 01/9/2010 của Bộ Xây dựng về quy định hướng dẫn lập một số nội dung của Nghị định số 71/2010/NĐ-CP ngày 23/6/2010 của Chính phủ;

- Quyết định số 458/QĐ-TT ngày 18/4/2007 của Thủ Tướng Chính phủ về việc phê duyệt điều chỉnh bổ sung Quy hoạch tổng thể khu Công nghệ cao;

- Quyết định số 2305/QĐ-BTNMT ngày 12/12/2011 của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường về phê duyệt Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường của Dự án đầu tư xây dựng hạ tầng kỹ thuật Không Công nghệ cao thành phố Hồ Chí Minh – giai đoạn II, diện tích

587,07 ha;

- Quyết định số 1573/QĐ-UB ngày 08/4/2008 của UBND TP. Hồ Chí Minh về việc phê duyệt đồ án điều chỉnh quy hoạch chung Khu CNC TPHCM tỉ lệ 1/5000;

- Quyết định số 5625/QĐ-UBND ngày 09/12/2009 của Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về duyệt đồ án quy hoạch chi tiết Khu công nghệ cao thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giai đoạn II tỷ lệ 1/2000 tại quận 9;

- Quyết định số 116/QĐ-UBND ngày 21/7/2006 của UBND Thành phố về ban hành Kế hoạch triển khai Chương trình hành động thực hiện Công trình xây dựng Khu Công nghệ cao (giai đoạn 2006 -2010) .

- Quyết định số 6664/QĐ-UBND ngày 28/12/2012 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh về duyệt Đề án Đầu tư xây dựng giai đoạn II Khu Công nghệ cao Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
