- Hệ thống giao dịch của SGDCK nhận lệnh từ thành viên thông qua hệ thống nhập lệnh của SGDCK và hệ thống giao dịch trực tuyến của thành viên. Chỉ đại diện giao dịch của thành viên mới được nhập lệnh và hệ thống nhập lệnh của SGDCK.
- TVGD có trách nhiệm kiểm soát lệnh đặt của mình và của khách hàng để đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng qui định.
- Sở GDCK sẽ từ chối lệnh đặt:
+ Nếu tài khoản đặt lệnh không nằm trong danh sách tài khoản được phép giao dịch của thành viên giao dịch do VSD gửi;
+ Theo yêu cầu phong toả tài khoản của VSD;
+ Khi lệnh đặt có khối lượng vượt quá giới hạn lệnh, giới hạn lệnh tích luỹ, giới hạn vị thế.
