Theo khảo sát của VietnamWorks, gần 60% người lao động cho biết sẽ quyết định nghỉ việc hoặc chuyển việc nếu thấy không có cơ hội thăng tiến, phát triển bản thân.
Qua khảo sát tại công ty, hầu hết nhân viên hài lòng với chính sách thăng tiến của công ty. Tuy nhiên họ lại không hài lòng với sự công bằng trong chính sách thăng tiến.
