III. Kế hoạch khảo sát
3.1. Lập kế hoạch làm việc tại các công trình
Thông qua tập mẫu đã xây dựng, nhà thầu chúng tôi tiếp tục thiết lập kế hoạch khảo sát chi tiết tại từng công trình trong danh sách tập mẫu. Trong đó, để tiết kiệm thời gian đi lại và chi phí thực hiện, chúng tôi sẽ ưu tiên bố trí khảo sát những công trình theo địa bàn (những công trình có cùng địa bàn sẽ được bố trí thời gian khảo sát liền nhau).
Để đảm bảo tiến độ công việc, chúng tôi phân thành 5 nhóm khảo sát khác nhau.
3.2. Hoàn thiện Bản kế hoạch khảo sát chi tiết
Bản kế hoạch chi tiết về công tác thực hiện khảo sát sẽ được nhà thầu chúng tôi thực hiện đúng theo quy định tại Phụ lục của hợp đồng. Tuy với phương trâm ưu tiên thực hiện các loại công trình thuộc cùng địa bàn, nhưng trong công tác xếp lịch thực hiện khảo sát, chúng tôi cũng sẽ linh hoạt sắp xếp sao cho phù hợp nhất với điều kiện làm việc tại các công trình.
IV. Tập huấn về Khảo sát công trình xây dựng và Kiểm toán năng lượng
4.1. Cử cán bộ tham gia khóa tập huấn
Nhà thầu chúng tôi đã cử các cán bộ tham gia trực tiếp vào công tác khảo sát với thành phần bao gồm các chuyên gia, kĩ sư về hệ thống điện, thiết bị điện, hệ thống HVAC…tham dự khóa tập huấn của phía Dự án.
Tất cả tài liệu lý thuyết và quá trình thực hiện khảo sát thực tế tại một công trình sẽ được nhà thầu chúng tôi lấy làm cơ sở dữ liệu phục vụ cho công tác khảo sát thực tế sau này.
4.2. Đóng góp xây dựng quy trình khảo sát
Trong thời gian tham dự khóa tập huấn và thực hiện khảo sát thí điệm tại một công trình, đội ngũ chuyên gia kĩ thuật của nhà thầu chúng tôi cũng tham gia đóng góp những ý kiến, phối hợp cùng với tổ chức Winrock và Ban quản lý Dự án – Bộ xây dựng thiết kế quy trình cũng như biểu mẫu sẽ sử dụng trong quá trình khảo sát phù hợp với tình hình thực tế, giúp công tác khảo sát các công trình sau này thực hiện thuận lợi hơn.
