Bất kỳ tranh chấp hay kiện tụng giữa các bên phát sinh liên quan đến việc thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết thông qua thương lượng. Trong trường hợp các bên không thể tiến tới một giải pháp cuối, trong vòng 03 (ba) tháng kể từ khi xảy ra,Tổng công ty Bảo hiểm xuất khẩu Hàn Quốc (viết tắc "KEIC") cùng vớiTòa Kinh tế Quốc tế Á Châu sẽ trọng tài giựa các tranh chấp liên quan đến Hợp đồng

Any dispute or litigation between the parties relating to the implementation of this agreement will be resolved through negotiations. In case the parties cannot advance to a last solution, within 3 (three) months since going on, export insurance corporation of South Korea ("KEIC") and vớiTòa Asian international economic will referee advice based the dispute relating to the contract

Any dispute or litigation arising between the parties regarding the implementation of this agreement will be resolved through negotiation. In the event the parties can not proceed to a final solution, within three (03) months from the occurrence, the Corporation Korea Export Insurance (abbreviated "KEIC") and the International Economic voiToa Asia Chau will referee disputes between related contracts
