I actually managed to stand my fork up in the mound of gloop where it stayed upright. In addition the vegetables were a little under cooked and very minimal. I only had carrot and courgette on my plate, which are hardly seasonal Christmas vegetables. I was expecting more greens and winter produce. For example;-broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage and swede. This would be acceptable and is what customers expect.
