6.1. Bên B có trách nhiệm bảo hành

6.1. Bên B có trách nhiệm bảo hành toàn bộ thiết bị dịch vụ đã cung cấp theo quy định tại Hợp đồng này trong thời gian 12 tháng kể từ ngày nghiệm thu bàn giao.
6.2. Trong thời gian bảo hành, khi phát hiện ra lỗi, Bên A có trách nhiệm thông báo cho Bên B bằng văn bản, fax hoặc điện thoại.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

6.1. Party B is responsible for all warranty services were provided under the provisions of this agreement during the 12 months from acceptance date transferred.6.2. during the warranty period, upon discovery of the error, party A shall inform Party B in writing, fax or phone.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

6.1. Party B is responsible for maintenance of all equipment, services provided under the provisions of this contract within a period of 12 months from the date of handover.
6.2. During the warranty period, when an error was detected, Party A shall notify Party B in writing, fax or phone.
