Xem xét “Danh mục tài sản cố định”

Xem xét “Danh mục tài sản cố định” do NĐBH cung cấp, chúng tôi nhận thấy các giá trị hạng mục xây dựng tòa nhà được hạch toán kế toán với 02 mục chính là “Capital Tower” và “Other”. NĐBH cho biết rằng do tòa nhà được xây dựng chủ yếu để bán và cho thuê các tầng làm văn phòng nên các hạng mục thi công chính (bao gồm các thiết bị cố định trong tòa nhà như hệ thống MVAC, M&E, thang máy…) đều được hạch toán kế toán và xếp vảo nhóm “Capital Tower”, đối với các phần phát sinh hoặc lắp đặt thêm theo yêu cầu của người sử dụng thì được hạch toán kế toán xếp vào nhóm “Other”. NĐBH đã tham gia bảo hiểm với giá trị nguyên giá cho 02 nhóm trên với giá trị như sau:
• Tòa nhà (bao gồm đồ đạc, thiết bị cố định…): VND 125.780.275.449
• Tài sản bên trong (bao gồm đồ đạc…): VND 1.052.713.811
