Mục đích nghiên cứu của luận văn:
Phân tích thực trạng hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội, từ đó đánh giá kết quả đạt được, những hạn chế và nguyên nhân trong hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội
Nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu
- Nghiên cứu cơ sở lý luận về hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng của ngân hàng thương mại;
- Đánh giá thực trạng hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội. Từ đó, tìm hiểu những mặt mạnh, hạn chế và nguyên nhân trong việc phát triển hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại Chi nhánh.
- Trên cơ sở lý thuyết và thực tiễn, Luận văn đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội nhằm tăng lợi nhuận cho ngân hàng.
Những đóng góp mới của luận văn
Thời gian qua, cho vay tiêu dùng đã trở thành một sản phẩm quan trọng của các ngân hàng trong bối cảnh tín dụng tăng trưởng thấp; cho vay tiêu dùng là một vấn đề không mới nhưng mang tính thời sự và được nhiều nhà kinh tế quan tâm, nghiên cứu. Tuy nhiên, chưa có nghiên cứu nào được thực hiện tại ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu Long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội. Trên cơ sở đó, luận văn đã tập trung nghiên cứu thực trạng hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng trong giai đoạn từ năm 2011 đến 2014 của ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu Long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội, từ đó đưa ra những giải pháp cụ thể để phát triển hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng tại ngân hàng TMCP Phát triển nhà đồng bằng sông Cửu Long- Chi nhánh Hà Nội.
