Làm thủ tục giao hàng
- Kiểm tra tính đầy đủ và hợp lệ của các chứng từ người nhận hàng phải xuất trình khi đến nhận Giấy ủy quyền hoặc Lệnh giao hàng bao gồm: các chứng từ sở hữu hàng hóa, giấy giới thiệu của công ty, giấy tờ tủy thân và thanh toán đầy đủ các khoán tiền đã nêu như trong Giấy báo nhận hàng.
- Trình kí Giấy ủy quyền nhận hàng/Lệnh giao hàng lên Trưởng phòng.
- Khi giao chứng từ cho người nhận hàng yêu cầu người nhận ký vào Biên Nhận giấy tờ về việc nhận đầy đủ các giấy tờ bàn giao.
