Ban quản lý Dự án VLAP cấp Trung ương đã tổ chức mua sắm thiết bị GPS cho Văn phòng đăng ký đất đai cấp tỉnh và máy toàn đạt điện tử cho 07 Văn phòng đăng ký quyền sử dụng đất (ĐKQSDĐ) cấp huyện và Văn phòng ĐKQSDĐ cấp tỉnh. Tổ chức đào tạo cho cán bộ Văn phòng đăng ký sử dụng các thiết bị GPS và toàn đạt điện tử.
