Về việc thay đổi giá trị 8% trên hợp đồng, công ty có gửi văn bản thông báo đến cho tất cả khách hàng ( bạn hãy xem files văn bản thông báo đính kèm ). Văn bản được ký vào ngày 20 tháng 06 năm 2016 bởi Tổng Giám Đốc. Văn bản này cũng là một phần không tách rời của Hợp đồng mua bán và thay thế cho phần lợi nhuận của điều khoản 5.2.3.
Bạn hãy hiểu cho chúng tôi, Việc thay đổi trên hợp đồng mua bán sẽ rất khó khăn vì hầu hết khách hàng đều ở xa, ví dụ: Pháp, Đức, Thụy sỹ, Na uy, Canada, Mỹ, Úc, Nhật...Hà nội, Sài Gòn ( Việt Nam ), và nhiều trong số họ đều là doanh nhân vô cùng bận rộn. Rất khó để có thể tập hợp các hợp đồng để thay đổi hoặc chỉnh sửa, và tôi nghĩ rằng điều này cũng không thật sự cần thiết.
Về thuế, tôi không được rõ lắm, thường thì phòng kế toán sẽ khấu trừ theo quy định trước khi chuyển khoản lợi nhuận cho thuê căn hộ cho tất cả khách hàng.
