Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh trên cơ sở hợp đồng này được giải quyết trước hết bằng thương lượng, hòa giả giữa hai bên; trường hợp không thương lượng; hòa giải được thì giải quyết theo pháp luật Việt Nam

Any disputes arising on the basis of this contract is resolved first by negotiation, fake Republic between the two sides; the case is not to negotiate; mediators are then solved by Vietnam law

Any dispute arising on the basis of this contract be settled first by negotiations and mediator between the two sides; the absence of negotiations; mediation shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Vietnam
