Nhà thầu trúng thầu phải thực hiện biện pháp bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng theo quy định tại Điều 7 Chương VIII để đảm bảo nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm của mình trong việc thực hiện hợp đồng.
