Thời giờ làm việc đối với nhân viên

Thời giờ làm việc đối với nhân viên làm việc theo ca sẽ tùy thuộc vào từng loại công việc, đặc điểm và tình hình cụ thể của mỗi bộ phận; tuy nhiên phải đảm bảo quy định chung là số giờ làm việc 48 giờ/tuần và được bố trí luân phiên để nghỉ vào chủ nhật hoặc các ngày khác trong tuần.
Trong trường hợp nhân viên được yêu cầu làm thêm giờ ngoài thời gian quy định trên hoặc làm việc vào những ngày nghỉ, lễ, nhân viên sẽ được trả lương ngoài giờ theo chính sách hiện hành của Công ty. Thời gian làm thêm không quá 4 giờ/ngày và không quá 200 giờ/năm
