Nhóm người dùng nghiệp vụ cấp cao (Super user) sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ tư vấn JA cho việc thu thập thông tin mô tả những vấn đề khó khăn. Họ phải tham gia vào cuộc họp đánh giá tình trạng hàng tuần và giải quyết các vấn đề khó khăn được yêu cầu bởi người dùng nghiệp vụ (End users). Super user sẽ lên lịch trình đào tạo với người dùng cuối để cung cấp các chương trình đào tạo.

They must participate in meetings weekly to evaluate the status and resolution of difficult issues required by professional users (End users). Super user will be scheduled for the end-user training to provide training programs.
