Nội dung của báo cáo thực tập được chia thành 3 phần:
Chương 1: Lịch sử và phát triển của công ty
-Chương này cung cấp các thông tin cơ bản về công ty chẳng hạn như tên, địa chỉ, trang web, điện thoại của công ty. Quá trình hình thành và phát triển, chức năng, nhiệm vụ và cơ cấu tổ chức, kết quả hoạt động của công ty từ năm 2012 đến 2014, sức mạnh và điểm yếu của các công ty trong các hoạt động kinh doanh.
Chương 2: Quá trình điều hành tour du lịch trong nước ở công ty
-Chương này sẽ giúp chúng ta hiểu rõ hơn về các bước trong quá trình điều hành tour du lịch, công việc thực tế trong quá trình thực tập này cũng như các nhiệm vụ của tôi tại công ty. Quy trình điều hành Tour du lịch bao gồm 10 bước:
+ Đàm phán với khách hàng
+ Thiết kế, xây dựng chương trình chi tiết
+ Đặt dịch vụ với đối tác
+ Tạm ứng bán Tour
+ Giao với hướng dẫn viên
+ Tổ chức họp đoàn du lịch
+ Xác nhận với các dịch vụ với đối tác
+ Kết toán tour
+ Liên hệ với khách hàng sau khi các tour du lịch

Chương 3: Kết luận, đề xuất và bài học kinh nghiệm
-Chương này tóm tắt nội dung của báo cáo, một số gợi ý cho các hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty cũng như những kinh nghiệm mà tôi đã học được sau khi 8 tuần thực tập tại công ty. Kế hoạch phát triển các thế mạnh và điểm yếu, cải thiện bản thân mình trong tương lai.

Plans to develop the strengths and weaknesses, improve myself in the future.
