Điều 5:Điều khoản chung.

-         Hai bên cùng có trách nhiệm thực hiện hợp đồng này và tuân thủ theo các điều khoản đã ký của hợp đồng. Hai bên sẽ lập phụ lục hợp đồng khi có bất kỳ thay đổi nào trong hợp đồng đã ký.
-         Chủ động thông báo cho nhau về tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng. Nếu có vấn đề gì phải giải quyết, các bên phải kịp thời thông báo cho nhau và chủ động bàn bạc, giải quyết trên cơ sở thương lượng, đảm bảo lợi ích của hai bên.

Article 5: general terms.-The two sides of the same are responsible for implementation of this agreement and in accordance with the terms of the contract. The two sides will establish annex when there are any changes in the signed contract.-Proactively inform each other about the progress of implementation of the contract. If the problem is resolved, the parties must promptly inform each other and actively discussed, resolved on the basis of the negotiations, to ensure the interests of the two sides.

Article 5: General Provisions.

- Both parties are responsible for implementation of this agreement and to comply with the terms of the contract signed. The two sides will establish a contract addendum when there is any change in the signed contract.
