Để làm tốt công tác Văn thư – Lưu trữ không chỉ cần một cơ sở lý luận vững chắc mà còn cần một kiến thức thực tế sâu rộng, nắm rõ tình hình thực tế chức năng hoạt động của mỗi cơ quan, áp dụng lý luận một cách sáng tạo, linh hoạt, không rập khuân, có như vậy công tác Văn thư – Lưu trữ ở mỗi cơ quan mới thực sự được tổ chức tốt, có hiệu quả.
