Nếu Bên A tự ý hủy hợp đồng này thì Bên A thông báo trước cho Bên B bằng văn bản trước 03 tháng và phải trả lại tiền cọc cho Bên B và tổng số tiền nhà chưa sử dụng được trả trước tính từ thời điểm đó, đồng thời phải thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền phạt tương đương với số tiền Bên B đã đặt cọc

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
