- Quản lý và tổ chức công việc của bộ phận Kế toán tự doanh:
+ Quản trị, hỗ trợ hoạt động tự doanh của công ty : hạch toán, theo dõi hoạt động tự doanh đảm bảo đáp ứng các quy định của công ty
+ Theo dõi và hỗ trợ hoạt động nguồn vốn
+ Theo dõi, thu hồi nợ vay khó đòi
- Báo cáo quản trị liên quan đến hoạt động tự doanh chứng khoán và hoạt động nguồn vốn
Phó phòng Phòng Nghiệp vụ (12/2009 - 4/2011)
- Xây dựng và hoàn thiện các quy trình nghiệp vụ có liên quan của Khối nghiệp vụ (Back Office) của công ty bao gồm: Lưu ký, kế toán, quản lý Môi giới, Margin, các sản phẩm dịch vụ tài chính….
- Nghiên cứu để cải tiến quản lý bằng hệ thống các nghiệp vụ mới phát sinh, cách thức quản lý sản phẩm mới bằng hệ thống
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận để xây dựng các quy trình phối hợp quản lý sản phẩm mới, quản trị rủi ro….
- Quản lý và tổ chức triển khai mảng nghiệp vụ quản lý sản phẩm của Phòng Nghiệp vụ :
+ Kiểm soát các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến quản lý sản phẩm tín dụng (margin, vay chứng khoán, vay tiền đảm bảo bằng chứng khoán…)
+ Quản lý môi giới, quản lý khớp lệnh, quản lý đấu giá,…
- Đào tạo và tuyển dụng nhân sự cho mảng quản lý sản phẩm của Phòng Nghiệp vụ
- Backup Trưởng phòng nghiệp vụ khi cần thiết
