Điều 6. Yêu cầu về chất lượng sản phẩm và nghiệm thu, bàn giao sản phẩm Hợp đồng
thi công xây dựng 
6.1. Yêu cầu về chất lượng sản phẩm của Hợp đồng thi công xây dựng:
a) Công trình phải được thi công theo bản vẽ thiết kế (kể cả phần sửa đổi được chủ
đầu tư chấp thuận), chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật được nêu trong hồ sơ mời thầu phù hợp với hệ thống quy
chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn được áp dụng cho dự án và các quy định về chất lượng công trình xây dựng
của nhà nước có liên quan;
b) Bên B phải cung cấp cho bên A các kết quả thí nghiệm vật liệu đầu vào, sản phẩm
của công việc hoàn thành. Các kết quả thí nghiệm này phải được thực hiện bởi phòng thí
nghiệm có tiêu chuẩn theo quy định. Trong trường họp nghi ngờ kết quả thí nghiệm bên A có
quyền yêu cầu bên B làm lại thí nghiệm để đối chứng.
c) Bên B đảm bảo vật tư, thiết bị do bên B cung cấp có nguồn gốc xuất xứ, chứng nhận chất lượng, chứng nhận kiểm định như quy định của hồ sơ trong hợp đồng.

6.1. Requirements for quality of construction contracts:
a) Buildings must be constructed according to the design drawings (including all amendments are

b) Party B shall provide to Party A results input material testing, products

c) Party B will ensure supplies and equipment provided by Party B with the origin, quality certification quality, accreditation as specified by the contract documents.
